Our 12 and 15 head digital embroidery machines are the most effective and efficient in the industry. When comparing price, be sure to compare quality of the digitized logo, the embroidery, and the underlying garment, as well as delivery performance and service.

J L Halibut endeavors to make ordering simple. We provide flexibility through relaxed minimums while retaining the benefits of quantity discounts. For destination wear, we will waive the art creation and digitization fee if minimums are met.

A typical custom graphic of average complexity suitable for embroidery on garment chest or caps averages $85. SHIPPING

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made. Orders are generally shipped within 7 days. Allow two weeks from order date for delivery.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Minimums -- J L Halibut has no minimum order, but a $10.00 service charge will be added to orders of less than $100.

Terms -- All orders are shipped COD, cash or company check with credit approval. Returned checks will be charged a $25.00 per check charge. All freight is F.O.B. point of origin.

Conditions -- All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Merchandise is subject to withdrawal or change without notice. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

Prices -- Prices listed are wholesale with cash, approved check or COD payment. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Product descriptions -- Many product descriptions include the weight of the fabric indicated in ounces. All weights included in product descriptions are averages based on the color offering for that specific item. Weights are provided to J L Halibut by the supplier.

Claims -- Claims for any discrepancies must be made within 15 days of receipt of order.

Cancelled or Refused Orders -- Cancelled or refused orders for Island Wear are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable freight charges. Returns of Destination Wear can not be accepted once the embroidered art has been approved by you. Returns of Island Wear designs on special order garments can not be accepted.

Return Authorizations -- Returns must be authorized by J L Halibut. Claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping address.

Credit Cards -- Credit cards are accepted for internet orders. A 2.75% cash discount is applied to cash, check and COD orders.
